Imperial Bank was founded in Kenya in 1993 as a Finance and Securities Company.  The bank converted into a fully-fledged commercial bank in January 1996. Since then it has had a long standing tradition of achieving strong financial performance while successfully focusing on efficient client service delivery.
Job Summary: The Officer – Signature Banking will be expected to be an all-rounder to handle the Customer Service desk and tellering duties including prompt and efficient payments and receiving of cash (local and foreign) as well as supporting the branch operations processes with a view to enhancing service delivery and experience to customers while ensuring that procedures and controls are adhered to within the tenants of KYC (Know Your Customer).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·         The Imperial Bank Officer – Signature should hold a University Degree in a business related field
·         Possession of a Diploma in Banking is additional advantage
·         Working knowledge of the banking operation processes, customer service
·         A minimum of three years’ experience in banking operations and customer service
