Job Summary:  The Executive Sales & Marketing Assistant will support general insurance for our new Naalya – Quality branch office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·         Identify new markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.

·         Identify markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.

·         Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual client.

·         Acquisitions and retention of the key accounts in the corporate market established

·         Build and strengthen working relationships with clients and earn their trust through follow up on the developed accounts

·         Prepare and submit weekly progressive reports and avail status updates to the unit manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

·         The ideal applicants should hold Diplomas, Bachelor’s degrees or other professional qualification

·         Successful working experience in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions will be an added advantage

·         Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English

·         People networked

·         Excellent time-management skills

·         Honest, Coachable, highly competitive spirit, professional, high achiever with Strong and ethical performance
